Outreach Sessions

We have monthly outreach sessions at the following times and places:

You don’t need an appointment to get advice and support at these sessions – just turn up.

 

Easton Community Centre

We alternate with Housing Matters to offer Debt and Energy Awareness Advice on Tuesday mornings from 10 am to 12 pm

[This term we are there on: January 16th & 30th, February 13th and 27th and March 12th and 26th]

 

Hillfields Community Centre

We attend the Centre to offer Debt and Energy Awareness Advice on the 3rd Friday of the month from 2 pm to 4 pm

[This term we are there on: January 19th, February 16th and March 15th]

 

Beehive Community Centre

We attend the Centre to offer Debt Advice on the 1st Thursday of the month from 10 am to 12:30 pm

[This term we are there on: January 4th, February 1st and March 7th]

Air Balloon Surgery

We attend the Surgery to offer Welfare Benefit Advice on the 4th Thursday of the month from 2 pm to 4:30 pm

[This term we are there on: January 31st, February 28th and March 27th]

What to bring to your session:
> Any paperwork relevant to the issue you want to discuss: e.g. letters, forms or court papers
> Details of your income: e.g. wage slips, bank statements, savings
> Details of your debts: e.g. letters from people you owe money to, bills, bank statements

Accessibility: Due to the age of the building, access is limited. There is ramp access to the ground floor only. Corridors are narrow. Disabled toilet unavailable.  Somali spoken. Please call us for more information if needed.
