Advice Supervisor (Debt and Quality)

St Pauls Advice Centre (SPAC) is looking for an Advice Supervisor to help support our work in Bristol. A great opportunity to lead a small team of advisers delivering community based free legal advice. This position is permanent and part time. You will specialise in money and debt advice, and lead on maintaining and developing quality processes.

You can play a key part as one of two Advice Supervisors at SPAC. Reporting to the Director, you will support and supervise a small team of advisers, assist in the delivery, co-ordination and development of high quality advice and casework services, and provide specialist debt advice and casework for individual clients.

The Advice Supervisor will also lead on ensuring a) advice and casework quality standards are met throughout the service and b) the delivery and maintenance of SPAC’s specialist money & debt advice services.

We are looking for someone who has: high level specialist debt/money advice and casework experience; the ability to achieve results; excellent communication, organisational and analytical skills; is a strong team worker; and can demonstrate respect for diversity.

We offer flexible working and a generous benefits package:
> Salary: £29,636 (£17,781 pro rata)

> Annual Leave: 30 days per year ( pro rata)

> Extra 3 days annual leave between Christmas & New Year (office closure)

> Qualifying Workplace Pension Scheme: 5% employers contribution

> Flexible working hours: 21 hours per week
