Sam Ward became a trustee in 2010. Sam’s professional background lies in statutory youth justice services where he has worked in a number of roles and settings since 2003. This experience has made him acutely aware of the disadvantages faced by young people and their families, and how they are often excluded from engaging with mainstream services. Sam lives in St Pauls and joined the advice centre because he recognised its vital role in helping local people. Sam is passionate about fighting inequality and hopes that his skills and experience can contribute to the future of SPAC so that the service continues to serve those most in need.
