Our impact

2024-25 was a period of great change, growth, and impact for us at St Pauls Advice Centre.

After more than half a century in the heart of St Pauls, we moved venue, to a fully accessible, comfortable building for our clients and team – just a 10-minute walk away.

• We put £2.7 million back into our clients’ pockets – the highest we’ve ever achieved. This meant food could be bought, heating could go on, and rent could be paid.
• Our team grew from 10 to 15 staff and from 3 to 7 volunteers – meaning we could help more people, more quickly, and with even more complex issues.
• Most importantly, our free, specialist advice helped people through some of their darkest days last year:
