Andy spent 27 years in the advice sector with Citizens Advice gaining experience as a volunteer adviser, Money Advice development officer, caseworker, court worker, advice session supervisor, trainer and project manager. Andy retired from paid work at the end of 2024 after 14 years as Advice Service Manager and now volunteers part time, specialising in housing and employment law. Andy remains committed to the provision of advice services in Bristol.
