Philip is Senior Partner in a specialist employment law firm of solicitors. In addition to being a trustee, Philip also assists a mentoring scheme for a national legal advice charity for pregnant women and new mothers taking legal action against their employer. Before becoming a solicitor, Philip worked in further and higher education .
