Tahira Rafiq

Advice Supervisor

Tahira Rafiq began her career in human resources management after achieving MA and CIPD qualifications in the subject. She worked for various organisations, including the Police, Lloyds TSB and Bristol City Council. Tahira entered the advice sector in 1998, first as a volunteer and then as an adviser at East Bristol Advice Service from 2002, moving over to SPAC in 2011. She had previously worked for a community organisation called In Your Own Language, and her fluency in languages is a great help in providing advice in the communities SPAC serves. She enjoys working for local and people and is committed to making a difference to their lives.
