Energy Outreach Worker and Volunteer Coordinator

Pamela previously worked for many years within the substance misuse field, her last role being Registered CQC Manager within a residential rehab setting. She is also a qualified Counsellor and works within her local GP surgery. Her current role as Volunteer Coordinator and Energy Outreach Worker involves recruiting and training volunteers to deliver practical debt and benefit support to people within the service and in the community. Her main focus is around helping people who are experiencing fuel poverty.

Pamela joined St Pauls Advice Centre in August 2023.
