St Pauls Advice Centre Trustee
We need local people to join our trustee board
> What we need
This is a great opportunity to get involved in delivering a vital community service. We need new trustees to join a friendly and welcoming trustee board, to help us make decisions about managing a community advice centre and working together to secure its future.
The free and independent advice we provide changes people’s lives for the better. We have been providing advice and information to people in central Bristol for over 40 years.
We would welcome people who have an interest in social justice and improving the quality of people’s lives.
We are particularly looking for local people to join our trustee board.
> What we provide
We will provide an opportunity to increase knowledge and understanding of the advice sector in Bristol.
We will give you experience of working with a committed, open, and friendly team of staff and trustee board.
You will gain the knowledge that you are helping to provide an important service to people on benefits and low incomes who are struggling to cope.
> Your commitment
All we ask that you be on the trustee board for a minimum of 2 years and that you commit to attending 6 meetings a year on Monday evening from 6.30-8.30pm
